A couple decided to divorce.
They want to avoid the convoluted divorce processes.
The husband and wife agreed to the distribution of asset and the house - both agreed to a 50-50 settlement.
The wife got half of the house.
This half house is the wife's portion of the asset.
The other half is taken away by the husband.
It was a win-win settlement by the Cambodian couple...Malaysian can follow this settlement too..hahaa
